What We Collect and When

When you use the contact form on this site, you submit your name, email address and any message you write. That information is sent directly to the platform's support team. The site's web server automatically records your IP address, browser type and version, and the pages you view. This logging happens every time you visit any page of the lobby.

Who Data Is Shared With

Data is shared only with analytics and hosting providers that act strictly on the site's instructions. They are contractually obliged to keep your information confidential and secure. Your personal data is never sold, rented, or traded to any third party for their own marketing. The platform does not share data with advertisers or unrelated businesses.

How Long Records Are Kept

Contact form messages are deleted as soon as the issue is resolved or after a reasonable period when no longer needed. We do not keep them indefinitely. Server logs are retained for up to a few months, then automatically erased. Once the data has no operational or security purpose, it is deleted securely from all systems.

Your Right to Access or Delete Your Data

If you would like a copy of the personal data the site holds about you, or if you wish to request its deletion, please use the contact page on the platform and describe your request. Under Malaysian personal data protection law, you have the right to ask for your data and to have it corrected or erased. The site will respond to your request within the time period required by law.

Why Each Type of Data Is Held

Contact form submissions are kept so that the support team can reply to your enquiry and resolve any issues you report. Without that data, we cannot respond to you. Server logs are held to maintain security, diagnose technical faults, and analyse traffic patterns to improve the site. The IP address helps distinguish genuine visitors from automated attacks.

Cookies and What Happens if You Turn Them Off

The site places small cookies on your device to remember your session preferences and to help analytics work. These cookies do not store your name or payment details. If you disable all cookies in your browser, some features — such as staying logged in across pages — may not work properly. The core pages will still load, but your experience may be less smooth.

Casino, Online Slots, Arcade, promotions cover the rest of the lobby; the guides covers what it costs to claim.
